Smoked Brisket, Ham, Chicken & Hot Dogs, straight off the smoker, courtesy of all dues paying Walnuts. This is a potluck affair so feel free to bring side dishes, drinks or desserts. We always need lawn chairs, popup tents, tables and things for the kids. If you’ve not paid your 2014 dues, this would be the time! Bring $12 and get a raffle ticket!

The Walnut Crossing Neighborhood Association, in conjunction with the Milwood Neighborhood Association, invite you to attend our 11th Annual Independence Day Parade & Picnic!

9:00 a.m. Parade Participants gather at (Milwood Baptist Church Parking Lot)

9:30 a.m. Parade Begins! Follow the Firetruck! (South along Cabana to Eton, Eton to Balcones Park)

Burgers and Hot Dogs straight off the grill at Balcones District Park.

10:00 a.m. Performance by the Austin Civic Wind Ensemble!
